Относительно Яндекс Денег (принадлежат бОльшей частью Сбербанку), Киви и прочих электронных средств оплаты, имеющихся в России - не советую ими пользоваться. Открывайте банковские счета и карты в других странах и тогда можете пользоваться. Конечно, будут потери на конвертации, но хоть деньги приставы не украдут со счетов
